Presentation
Located on the garden side of the property, the small cottage (35m²), ideal for 2 people, has a lovely terrace with views of the Cap Gris-Nez lighthouse and the sea. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and extended stay.
It has a bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200cm), a shower room and a separate toilet.
A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate a third adult or two children. An additional charge of €25 per person per night applies.
The accommodation has a TV and free Wi-Fi access.
Accessibility and Mobility ⚠️ : Due to a gravelly terrain and a structure without access ramps (bedrooms and bathrooms), our accommodations are unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility or those using a walker 🚶♀️. Thank you for your understanding!
PARKING
The parking lot is free, located on the courtyard side, and secured with an electric gate. (for standard-sized vehicles)
THE HOUSEHOLD
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price. However, we ask that you empty the bins before your departure, wash and put away the dishes, and empty the dishwasher. Bath towels are provided, and the beds will be made upon your arrival.
Breakfast is not provided, even upon request.
No breakfasts are provided, but a bakery is located 100 meters from the cottage.
OTHER REMARKS An extra bed can be added on request for an additional fee.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES :
The small cottage is available from 5:00 PM and must be vacated by 10:30 AM. If you prefer a more flexible check-in time, I suggest leaving the keys in the inside lock of your bedroom door. If so, please let me know so I can send you directions. Please let me know your approximate arrival time and notify me of any delays by SMS to +33 (0)6 67 56 28 04
PETS:
A supplement of €15 (per night per pet) will be charged on arrival. Please note that we do not have a credit card machine. Your pet must not be allowed on the bed or left alone in the accommodation. It must be kept on a leash on the property, and its waste must be cleaned up immediately. Please let me know if you will be bringing your pet.
