Independent apartment located at 299 main street in AUDINGHEN (100m from our bed and breakfast)

Located in the village centre, in the immediate vicinity of the bakery, restaurants and hiking trails, it is ideal for 2 people. It has a lovely terrace with views of the countryside.

It has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, Senseo coffee maker and all the necessary equipment to enjoy a long stay.

It has a bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200cm), a shower room and a separate toilet.

A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate a third adult or two children. An additional charge of €25 per person per night applies.

The accommodation has a TV and free Wi-Fi access.

Accessibility and Mobility ⚠️ : Due to the gravel terrain and a structure without access ramps, our accommodations are unfortunately notNot accessible to people with reduced mobility or those using a walker 🚶‍♀️. Thank you for your understanding!

PARKING
The parking lot is free and gated with an electric gate ( for standard-sized vehicles ).

THE HOUSEHOLD

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price. However, we ask that you empty the bins before your departure, wash and put away the dishes, and empty the dishwasher. Bath towels are provided, and the beds will be made upon your arrival.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES :

The apartment is available from 5:00 PM and must be vacated by 10:30 AM. A key box allows for flexible arrival. Please let me know your approximate arrival time and notify me of any delays by text message to +33 (0)6 82 65 12 14

PETS:

A supplement of €15 (per night per pet) will be charged on arrival. Your pet must not be allowed on the bed or left alone in the accommodation. It must be kept on a leash on the property, and its waste must be cleaned up immediately. Please let me know if you will be bringing your pet.
